Regardless of who is at fault, you are responsible to ensure that your car is repaired properly and heaven forbid that you have to worry about personal injury too. The first time I took my car to USA Collision was because the dealer I purchased my car from recommended them because they did excellent work. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that the paint finish after the repairs was better than it was from the factory. The second accident caused damage that on the surface appeared minor to me; but Lou (estimator) told me you can't accurately tell the extent of damages until you look underneath. He was right. And again my car was returned to me in better than new condition. People who are honest, professional, and good at what they do is who you need to repair your car.
